Immunotherapy of brain tumors

Immunosuppressive myeloid cells contribute to the aggressiveness of brain tumors. We aim to identify molecular mechanisms driving accumulation of myeloid cells, identify basis of sex differences in myeloid cell activity and define immunotherapy targets.
